Note: At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the applicable registration for inclusion in the conference programme. Publication remains subject to conference requirements, peer-review quality, editorial checks and the policies of the proposed publisher.

Author Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the required registration.
Final paper inclusion remains subject to completion of all conference and publication requirements.
Publisher/editorial quality checks may continue after conference acceptance.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment links and the registration deadline will be displayed on the official ICSSCC 2027 website.
No payment should be made through unofficial links or third-party accounts.
Applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be displayed before registration opens.

Event Media

Photography and videography may take place during conference activities.
Specific privacy and media-consent information will be provided during registration.

Publication Policy

Conference acceptance does not by itself guarantee publication by a proposed publisher.
Indexing decisions are made independently by indexing and abstracting services.
