The following registration fees are applicable for ICSSCC 2027. The author registration deadline is April 10, 2027. Payment links will be updated separately.

Note: At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the applicable registration for inclusion in the conference programme. Publication remains subject to conference requirements, peer-review quality, editorial checks and the policies of the proposed publisher.
Important Dates: Paper Notification – March 30, 2027  |  Author Registration – April 10, 2027  |  Camera-Ready Paper Submission – April 10, 2027  |  Conference – May 6–7, 2027.
Registration Framework

General Policies

Author Registration

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the required registration.
  • Final paper inclusion remains subject to completion of all conference and publication requirements.
  • Publisher/editorial quality checks may continue after conference acceptance.

Payment & Cancellation

  • The author registration deadline is April 10, 2027.
  • Payment links will be displayed on the official ICSSCC 2027 website.
  • No payment should be made through unofficial links or third-party accounts.
  • Once paper accepted and registerd, then no cancellation and refund.

Event Media

  • Photography and videography may take place during conference activities.

Publication Policy

  • Conference acceptance does not by itself guarantee publication by a proposed publisher.
  • Indexing decisions are made independently by indexing and abstracting services.

Visa for USA

  • Please note ICSSCC is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after registration) issued by the ICSSCC Committee Board.
  • Should your application be denied, ICSSCC cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will ICSSCC engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
